The earring looks how it does in the picture and its very cute. However, upon actually putting it in my ear, I found that the bar itself is SUPER short. Even in the piercings that were in a thin part of my ear, once the ball was screwed on, the fit was very snug. This can put pressure on your ear and cause infection, swelling, and irritation which is never fun. I'm a little disappointed because the earring is so nice. If the bar were a more standard, longer length, this would get 5 stars.
