I really do want to like it more but it needs some improvement. I bought 4 of these to replace the chargers for our laptops. We never unplug the chargers so the cost savings are quite a bit. The chargers pay for themselves in a few months. But here are the negatives- I do have one laptop that has the plug-in in the back of the computer the rest are on the side. The angled tip seems to cause more stress on the computer with the rear charger plug in. I wish the made straight tips also for this reason. I would be very p.o.ed if it broke because of this. The cord length from the charger to the computer is rather short also and should be 18" - 2' longer. They could easily sell extensions but they don't. So iGo, if you read these, these are little things that can take your product from 2 stars to 5!
